Art For The People is organizing The Takoma Mosaic Project, community created exterior mosaic murals for the Takoma Park Community Center at Maple Avenue & 410 (East-West Highway).
Working in conjunction with mosaic artist Arturo Ho, The City of Takoma Park, The Takoma Foundation, Art For The People will hold workshops and Open Studios, giving all Takoma residents the opportunity to learn the art & craft of mosaic.
